Ultra Shine provides a number of exterior facility management services that can easily be incorporated into your regular commercial janitorial services plan, pre-scheduled based on seasonal impact, or as an on-request service option. Exterior Cleaning Services Offered by Ultra Shine
Window Cleaning
Ultra Shine uses an RO (Reverse Osmosis) method to purify water when providing exterior window care at our customer's sites. This prevents things like calcium, magnesium, and other agents from leaving your newly cleaned windows looking dull or spotted. Our water-fed extending tucker pole system allows us to service exterior facility windows up to four stories without a lift and our Special Projects Team are lift certified for larger facilities management or buildings with unique angles, landings, or overhangs.
Pressure Washing
If your site experiences a lot of foot traffic or is located in a highly populated area, frequent pressure washing of your facility’s exterior and areas that surround your site can go a long way to maintaining its curb appeal. Seasonal changes can also lead to a significant build-up of gravel, leaves, and other debris which are sure to be dragged into your facility causing possible damage to the interior. Litter and Trash Management Services

Do exterior services include snow removal and ice management?
Ultra Shine provides light snow and ice removal within our standard scope of work if requested. Please inquire with a team member to discuss if Ultra Shine is able to offer light snow removal at your site.
Do exterior service offerings include landscape services?
Unfortunately, Ultra Shine does not provide landscape services such as grass cutting or planting, weeding, watering, or other duties associated with landscape maintenance as part of our service offerings.
Do you perform any additional work on parking lots other than sweeping and power washing?
Unfortunately, Ultra Shine is unable to perform any additional services such as repair or line painting maintenance. Our regular scope of work for lot maintenance includes litter pick up, general upkeep and sweeping as well as power washing as needed.
Does Ultra Shine offer multi-facility solutions for exterior maintenance services?
Yes, Ultra Shine is able to accommodate multiple facilities for exterior maintenance. If you require additional multi facility services, please speak to a member of our team to get a customized quote for your business.
Is exterior facility management a part of your regular janitorial services?
Exterior maintenance is not a part of our base scope of services. With that being said, our service offerings are flexible and change with the specific needs of our customers facilities. Outdoor facility management services can easily be included in your own scope of work if required.
