If your organization operates in multiple facilities, we can help.  We have the financial capability and infrastructure to manage cleaning services across multiple locations every hour of the day.

When partnering with Ultra Shine, you can rest easy knowing all of our cleaners are insured under our liability insurance, and also through Workers' Compensation.

The safety and well-being of our people are of the utmost importance. As such, Ultra Shine provides harassment prevention training for all of its employees as part of our standard training processes.

Ultra Shines corporate office is located in Edmonton, AB, with additional office spaces in Calgary, AB, Vancouver, BC, and Ontario, CA.

Ultra Shine is currently able to provide commercial cleaning services to facilities in Western Canada and the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. Ultra Shine is currently able to provide services 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day! We will work together to determine the appropriate janitorial cleaning schedule for your chosen scope of work.

Ultra Shine is currently able to offer call-out cleaning and janitorial service during an emergency within our current service regions. If you are interested, don't hesitate to get in touch with one of our local representatives.

Ultra Shine currently offers supply management through the use of cost plus for all supplies needed, including garbage bags, toilet paper, sanitizer, and other consumables.  Equipment remains the property of Ultra Shine throughout the contract. There is an option available to customers who add robotic equipment to their scope of work to wrap Ultra Shine robotic equipment in their own branding. Ultra Shine is currently not a supplier of supplies or equipment.

Ultra Shine only services facilities owned by commercially managed companies, we do not offer home cleaning services. As an exception, should a commercial company request home cleaning for a residential unit within a facility they manage, services may be provided within a home as needed.

Ultra Shine will need space for equipment and supply storage, access to water, and access to an adequate power supply in order to provide janitorial services.

Ultra Shine has the ability to provide many consumable products hand sanitizer and personal care products for example on a bill-back basis. This is not included in the contract pricing.

Ultra Shine provides brand-new equipment or like new equipment for each contract.

Ultra Shine has made a commitment to reduce our environmental impact and takes measures to ensure that our products are eco-neutral and our consumables are compostable having minimal effect on the environment.

Ultra Shine supports our community through a number of activities such as Ultra Shine hosts community initiatives every quarter that has been popular with the  organizations we support, our customers, and our local community. Ultra Shine encourages our people to get involved in community activities that are important to them by providing two paid volunteer days annually. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Ultra Shine provided free sanitation services to non-profit organizations caring for the vulnerable sectors in our communities, helping to create safe and healthy environments for those most at risk while keeping our own people employed when many customer facilities were closing down.

Ultra Shine reduces its environmental impact by reducing our paper consumption and promoting paper-free environments to our people through digital document signing, online document collaboration, and additional innovative solutions.
