Here at Ultra Shine we aim to provide the total facility experience for each of our customers. We’re not just here to spot vacuum, wipe a few handles, empty a couple garbage cans and get out. Ultra Shine wants to make a difference in your facility and the experience your guests have when they visit.

A visit to your facility can go many different ways but let me give you just two scenarios to think about.

Scenario 1 - You’re on your way to your meeting and on your way into the building, you can’t help but notice the overflowing garbage can outside. As you go to grab the door you notice it’s blocked off causing you to walk over to the next door to enter the building.  As you enter the facility, you see the floor is riddled with dirt that got carried in by the shoes of other visitors. You approach the receptionist and notice the paper scattered across the desk and 3 old coffee mugs sitting in the corner. The receptionist is in too much of a hurry and can’t be bothered to make any more than the necessary conversation with you.

Scenario 2 - You’re on your way to your meeting and you walk up to the building enjoying the well maintained grounds and front entrance. You enter the facility and notice the tidy lobby and the care that has gone into making it feel like a welcoming space. You are greeted by an equally warm and welcoming receptionist who  inquires about your day and happily helps you find your way to your meeting.

Scenario 1 sounds like something a visitor would hop on google to write a bad review about. A negative review or experience can have a negative impact on your business even if it does not directly involve the products or services you offer.

Scenario 2 depicts a clean, well kept environment both outside and inside which translates into happier people working in, and visiting the facility.
