Shining Star of the Year 2022

At the end of every year, Shining Stars from each month are again nominated for the Shining Star of the Year award. These individuals make Ultra Shine what it is through their consistent performance, outstanding customer service, their positive attitudes that inspire those around them, their innovative problem solving and their distinguished deeds.

Ultra Shine's Shining Star for ALL of 2022 was awarded to Gavin Coburn. Gavin was nominated multiple times this year and those he works with have seen his commitment and dedication to making our customer sites shine.

He sprung into action when we had a sudden staffing shortage and assembled an emergency team of cleaners to clean 10+ extra sites. The Ultra Shine team knows we can count on him no matter the circumstances. Gavin consistently demonstrates his passion for quality work, client satisfaction and problem-solving on the fly. Others may shy away from challenges but Gavin meets them head-on and always overcomes them.

We are proud to have Gavin on our team. His dedication to his work and outstanding customer service does not go unnoticed. He goes above and beyond to complete every task.

Gavin is coming up on his 5 years with Ultra Shine in the New Year and wants to continue growing with the company. He jumps at every opportunity given to him and always gives 100%.
