Shawn Rowe is March's Shining Star!
The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

Customer feedback means so much to us and when our customers praise a specific member of our team it makes us jump for joy! While out at a site, someone mentioned how great of a job Shawn did saying "I know it is just cleaning, but I have to let you know that since I have been working here nobody ever cleaned this part of a bar, not like this."
