Shanna Goerz is October's Shining Star!

The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

Shanna Goerz is Ultra Shine's Shining Star for October 2022! Check out why Shanna was nominated for Shining Star:

"While visiting the customer site for an inspection and to discuss COR with the team, Shanna showed me around, helped me find a missing poster board, put up ‘Open House’ posters with me and offered to be interviewed for the upcoming audit required. She was very helpful and super pleasant. I believe she also introduced me to the Operations Manager! The facilities looked great too. She was lovely to meet!"
