Marcelo - April's Shining Star
The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

April's Shining Star was awarded to Marcelo Reyes. Marcelo has stepped up tremendously and has been someone we can count on. He's been asked to work weekends, adjust to last minute schedule changes and has come through for his coworkers time and time again. Marcelo led a window washing job in which he took it upon himself to document and submit daily recap reports of the work being done. Solving issues and putting out fires all around California! Marcelo stands out as a future leader and demonstrates the ability to take on more responsibility.
