Karamveer Kaur is November's Shining Star!

The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

Karamveer Kaur is Ultra Shine's Shining Star for October 2022!

Karamveer has been through many challenges this past month and has really come out shining. She stepped in when there was a staff shortage and again when the site needed to be cleaned up ASAP. She has also been excellent at providing incredible customer service. This past month when they were putting up Christmas decorations there was a big mess left lying around. However, Karamveer managed to clean EVERYTHING up in just half an hour and ensured the space was ready for the event scheduled for later that night! Once the ladies who decorated came back, they were amazed at how clean everything was and how fast Karamveer cleaned!
