Julia - August's Shining Star!

The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

Julia was nominated for Shining Star for her outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Julia is always on top of what Larson Justice Center needs and always takes care of any problems that arise with her sites. She never has to be reminded of her scope of work and communicates well with the client, supervisors, and quality assurance. She is aware of any problems, notifies supervisors, and takes care of any issues before the client even discovers them. Julia is a great asset to this company!
