The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

Does her name sound familiar? Thats because she recently celebrated 10 years with the Ultra Shine family!

Throughout Janes 10 years at Ultra Shine, she has shown what a loyal, amazing, and joyful individual she is! In the last few weeks she has truly SHINED and has stepped in to help her peers, filling in the gaps whenever possible. Jane has become the go to person and everyone looks up to her. She has trained a lot of other team members and is an incredibly important part of the Ultra Shine family. We hope for many years of to come!
