Gavin Coburn is September's Shining Star

The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

Gavin Coburn is Ultra Shine's Shining Star for September 2022! Check out why Gavin was nominated for Shining Star:

"In response to a sudden staffing shortage (loss of subcontractors), Gavin sprung to action. On short notice, Gavin assembled an emergency team of cleaners and they have been hard at work cleaning 10+ extra sites, all of which were previously cleaned by the subcontractors. Gavin works no matter the condition and pushes himself to get the job done well. His behavior demonstrates his passion for quality work, client satisfaction, and problem-solving on the fly. Others might shy away from taking on a large volume of work suddenly, but Gavin meets challenges head-on and continues to persevere. Thank you for all your hard work, Gavin!"
