Ernest Krause is January's Shining Star!

The janitorial industry is full of ‘unsung heroes’ who are out there putting in the work to make sure customer facilities are safe for their staff and visitors. And Ultra Shine is no exception. At Ultra Shine, we believe it is important that we let our staff know their hard work does not go unnoticed, which is why each month a front line worker is selected to receive the Shining Star award.

Ernest Krause is Ultra Shine's Shining Star for January 2023!

Since joining the Ultra Shine team, Ernest has been a tremendous help. From shift coverage to assisting the team in the head office warehouse, he continuously goes above and beyond the call of duty. Always awaiting the next challenge and ready to lend a helping hand at any moment, Ernest helps inspire those he works with by having such a can-do helpful attitude.
