Ultra Shine believes that “If you can’t be replaced, you can’t be promoted.” In this insight we take you on the leadership journeys of five of our many exceptional team members, Martyna, Tom, Ellie, Khurram and Marcelo.

Martyna started with Ultra Shine as a cleaner in 2015 and has worked her way to her most recent position as our Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager. Tom has certainly earned his recent promotion to Ultra Shines’ Vice President and embodies what it means to lead a team to success. Ellie believes knowledge is power, and what better way to learn what it truly takes to clean a customer's facility than to grab a spray bottle and do it yourself, and that’s exactly what she did. Khurram has always been the man with the plan and not just plan A. He has plan B, plan C and a back up plan ready to go. One of our newest additions to the Ultra Shine team but no newbie to the cleaning industry, Marcelo is someone who can always be counted on and is up for any challenge.
