Ultra Shine continues to implement ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management systems! ISO 9001 certification standards are based on seven principles; relationship management, customer focus, leadership, evidence based decision making, engagement of people, process approach and improvement.

Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 requires continual vigilance in monitoring, maintaining and documentation of Ultra Shine's quality management programs and procedures which are subject to Internal and External audits to ensure the certifications standards are being met. We owe a huge round of applause and apprecaition to Trisha Vergo (Project Manager) and Martyna Grudzien (Operations Manager) for all their hard work in ensuring we are able to continue to call ourselves one of the very few ISO9001:2015 certified commercial cleaning companies in North America.
